Associate
Your first consulting role, on real projects, with a founder beside you. You help deliver the engagements we sell: the client conversations, the documents, and the thinking behind our AI work.
What you will do
- Execute and deliver consulting projects: run workstreams, track progress, keep the plan honest.
- Face clients: join workshops and meetings, present findings, follow up on actions.
- Prepare the deliverables: assessments, roadmaps, control documents and reports the client will actually use.
- Brainstorm AI solutions and define use cases with clients and the internal Terra team.
What we look for
- Fresh graduate in technology, business, engineering or a related field.
- Comfortable in front of clients and clear on paper. Much of the job is a document someone has to act on.
- Genuinely curious about cloud, AI and cybersecurity, and quick to learn.
- A team player who is happy to ask, and happy to say “I do not know yet”.

Intern: Project Support
Support the people delivering our projects. You sit inside live engagements, help the team keep them moving, and leave with real outputs you can point to.
What you will do
- Support the project leads and internal stakeholders: prepare for meetings, capture actions, chase follow-ups.
- Help assemble deliverables: research, drafts, slides, and the tidy-up that turns notes into documents.
- Keep project trackers and status updates accurate so the team always knows where things stand.
- Join AI and technology discussions and contribute ideas, research and quick prototypes.
What a successful internship looks like
- At least one client deliverable you contributed to materially, with your name in the credits.
- A project tracker or status process you owned end to end and handed over cleanly.
- One researched AI or technology use case, written up and presented to the team.
- The confidence to sit in a client meeting, take the notes, and follow through without being asked.
